Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules.

This page exists so buyers can understand commercial terms before a deposit is requested.

Deposit refund rule. The deposit is non-refundable once paid because it reserves production capacity, except when Shaped Moments cannot deliver the accepted scope.
Cancellation after deposit. If a customer cancels after paying the deposit, the reserved production capacity is not refundable unless Shaped Moments cannot deliver the accepted scope.
Cancellation after proof. After a proof has been delivered, the remaining balance is still due before launch or handoff. The deposit remains non-refundable except when Shaped Moments cannot deliver.
Rescheduling. One event-date reschedule is included before final approval. Scope changes, redesigns, or substantial new content are separately quoted.
Included revision. One consolidated revision round is included. It covers reasonable copy, photo, color, and layout changes within the approved scope. New concepts, pages, features, and additional rounds are excluded. Additional revision rounds cost $75.
Final balance. The remaining balance is invoiced through PayPal after final approval and is due before launch. The invitation is not launched or handed off for sharing until the final balance is paid.
