What does Shaped Moments make?
Shaped Moments makes done-for-you custom digital invitations with responsive layouts, event details, links, and optional RSVP management.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Signature Invitation for one custom scrolling invitation with event details, map link, photos, subtle motion, share preview image, one proof, one consolidated revision round, and hosting through 30 days after the event. Choose Signature Invitation + RSVP if guests need to respond through the invitation.
How much is due to begin?
If the request is accepted, Shaped Moments emails a PayPal invoice for the 50% deposit. Signature Invitation requires a $147.50 deposit and Signature Invitation + RSVP requires a $247.50 deposit. The remaining balance is invoiced after final approval and must be paid before launch.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery target is five business days after the deposit and complete creative brief are received.
Can you help with the invitation wording?
Yes. The form asks for your wording and event details, but rough notes are acceptable. We can refine them during the design process.
What is included with RSVP management?
The RSVP package includes yes/no attendance, party size, one custom RSVP question, private response dashboard or export, one guest reminder/update after launch, and up to 250 submitted guest responses. RSVP exports remain available through 30 days after the event, and personal RSVP data is deleted within 60 days after the event.
Are deposits refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable once paid because it reserves production capacity, except when Shaped Moments cannot deliver the accepted scope.
What revisions are included?
One consolidated revision round is included. It covers reasonable copy, photo, color, and layout changes within the approved scope. New concepts, pages, features, and additional rounds are excluded. Additional revision rounds cost $75.
What counts as custom work?
Story chapters, galleries, guestbooks, guest uploads, multiple event pages, custom illustration, cinematic scenes, advanced RSVP logic, custom domains, archive requests, and hosting extensions are quoted separately.
Can I include registry, map, livestream, or event links?
Yes. The invitation can include required links such as registry, map, livestream, hotel block, or event pages.
What happens after I submit a request?
Shaped Moments reviews availability and scope, then replies within one business day. Accepted projects receive a scope summary and separate PayPal deposit invoice by email. Payment options are controlled by PayPal and may vary.
