- Information collected. Shaped Moments collects request details such as name, email, optional phone, event type, event date, package choice, notes, links, and later creative-brief materials needed to produce the invitation.
- RSVP information. RSVP projects may collect guest names, attendance, party size, one custom question, and related response details. Signature + RSVP supports up to 250 submitted guest responses. RSVP exports remain available through 30 days after the event, and personal RSVP data is deleted within 60 days after the event.
- How information is used. Information is used to review requests, communicate about scope and scheduling, create the invitation, manage RSVP responses, provide exports or dashboards, and maintain service records.
- Payments. Standard deposits and final balances are handled through manually created PayPal invoices. Shaped Moments records invoice numbers and payment status for service records, but does not collect or store full card numbers. Payment options are controlled by PayPal and may vary.
- Sharing. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, email, hosting, analytics, security, payment, and invitation delivery workflows.
- Requests. Customers may ask for correction, export, or deletion of project information when legally and operationally available by emailing [email protected].
