Service Terms
Last updated: August 8, 2026. These terms describe the standard Shaped Moments workflow.
- Operator. Shaped Moments is created and operated by Red Clay Logic, a Houston-area digital studio specializing in custom digital experiences. Public business email: [email protected].
- Request-first workflow. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Accepted projects receive a scope summary, production date, and a separate PayPal invoice for the 50% deposit.
- Deposit and final balance. Standard projects require a 50% deposit after acceptance. The deposit is non-refundable once paid because it reserves production capacity, except when Shaped Moments cannot deliver. The remaining balance is due before the invitation launches or is delivered for sharing.
- Revisions. Standard packages include one proof and one consolidated revision round. The included round covers reasonable copy, photo, color, and layout changes within the approved scope. New concepts, pages, features, and additional rounds are excluded. Additional revision rounds are $75 each.
- Delivery target. Standard delivery target is five business days after deposit and complete creative-brief materials are received.
- Hosting. Standard hosting is included through 30 days after the event. Archive, extension, and custom-domain requests require separate approval.
- Rescheduling. One event-date reschedule is included before final approval. Scope changes, redesigns, or substantial new content are separately quoted.
- RSVP limits and retention. Signature + RSVP supports up to 250 submitted guest responses. RSVP exports remain available through 30 days after the event. Personal RSVP data is deleted within 60 days after the event.
- Customer responsibilities. Customers must provide accurate event information, permission to use submitted photos/assets, timely feedback, and final approval before launch.
- Payment processor. Standard deposits and final balances use PayPal invoices created manually by Shaped Moments. Payment options are controlled by PayPal and may vary. Shaped Moments will never request payment through gift cards, Zelle, Cash App, or an unrelated personal account.
